4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Credit and debit cards

Payment Terms:

• For products and one-off services, payment is due in full at the time of order.

• For memberships and recurring services, you authorise us (via Wix Payments or other payment providers) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified during checkout.

Failed Payments:
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access until payment is received.

5. Recurring Memberships and Subscriptions

By purchasing a recurring membership or subscription, you agree:

• Your membership renews automatically on each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

• Recurring charges continue until you cancel.

• You may cancel anytime by logging into your account or contacting us, but cancellations apply to the next billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods already billed.

We will confirm each payment by email.

Sibling Discount

• The 25% discount applies to each additional child from the same household after one full-price membership has been purchased.

• To qualify, all members must be immediate family and living at the same address.

• Discounted memberships must be active at the same time as the full-price plan.

• This offer is non-transferable and may not be shared or split between households.

• Reload Boxing reserves the right to request proof of household or family relationship if needed.

• Offer subject to review and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Order Process and Contract Formation

Products and Services:

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt via email. Acceptance occurs only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the product/service.

Memberships:
Your subscription starts when we confirm payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailability).

7. Delivery of Products

We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations.

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

8. Cancellation Rights

Products (Consumers):
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery.

• To cancel, contact us within 14 days.

• Return products unused and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

 

Exclusions:
Customised or hygiene-sealed products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

Services and Digital Content:
If you purchase digital content or services and agree to immediate delivery, you waive your right to cancel.

Memberships:
You may cancel future renewals at any time, but we do not refund partial periods already billed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

 

10. Fair Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share membership access with others

• Use our services unlawfully or fraudulently

• Disrupt or harm our website or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and digital products are owned by Reload Boxing or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

12. Warranties and Liability

We aim to ensure products and services meet your expectations. If there is a problem, contact us promptly so we can resolve it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits or business
