Our raised platform ring is the at the centre of our boxing studio.
Punch bags & equipment
A range of top quality punching bags and equipment
We have a range of punch bags including a heavy bag, wrecking ball, bullet bag, an aqua bag, wall bag, and speed ball.
Spin Bikes
Upstairs spin bike area
On our mezzanine, we have 3 spin bikes where you will often find boxers getting their cardio in before or after sessions.
Kitchen, Cloak Room, & Reception
Other facilities
Our Reception entrance is ideal if you are waiting for a boxer. Upstairs we have a kitchen and cloak room area for boxers to get ready and leave their belongings during training.
