Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and to help us manage our classes effectively, please read our cancellation policy carefully. Cancellations by Clients If you need to cancel your class booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for: A full refund or A credit towards a future class (as you prefer). If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the class, the session will be charged in full, and no refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations by Us In the rare event that we need to cancel a class (e.g., due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will: Notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Offer you the choice of: A full refund, or A credit to be applied to a future class. Exceptional Circumstances We appreciate that emergencies can occur. If you experience serious illness or exceptional circumstances that prevent attendance, please contact us as soon as you can. We will consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. Consumer Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including any rights you may have to a cooling-off period if you make a booking as a consumer online or by phone.
